The ETFX 50 is both a nail gun as well as electric staple which can be used for a variety of purposes like to upholster chairs. Well the tool saves a lot of time and effort but you do need to hold the unit firmly against the chair for the staples to properly penetrate the chair otherwise you get a little kickback resulting in imperfect results, although this could be attributed partly to its lightweight frame.
The only negative point of this tool is that as a nailer it accepts only 5/8” brad nails so it may not be useful for other purposes. To increase its utility you can purchase a nail set attachment (ETF50XP) to make it more useful as a nailer. Another handy thing about this nailer is its cord which thankfully is very long so you'll pretty much never need an extension cord for it, quite a fine tool.
